How do I get this guy to like me and I think he likes me but not for sure?

If you think he likes you, then you need to just talk to him more... say hi to him, strike up a conversation. If he's a regular guy, and he likes you, then he'll want to talk to you for as long as possible. There's also nothing wrong with mentioning something along the lines of, "i'm free this weekend, what are you doing..." or "I'd like to see (some movie) sometime, but I can't find anyone else to go with." Guys like it when there's less pressure to ask a girl out.
