They have done away with Thimerisol in nearly all other childhood vaccines. If Thimerisol is suspect as a possible cause or contributing factor to the increced incidence of autism - why can't they just do a better job of chilling the MMR and distributing it so it sits on the shelf for a shorter time on average?

"MMR vaccine does not and never did contain thimerosal."

"Today, with the exception of SOME flu vaccines, none of the vaccines used in the U.S. to protect preschool aged children against 12 infectious diseases contain thimerosal as a preservative."

Because most experts think that by the age to receive the MMR, you should be safe from Autism. It is also questionable about the actual cause of autism. The latest research shows some correlation with folds or creases in the placenta being a indicator for Autism. There for routine vaccinations could not be the cause of Autism. As far as the shelf life of and vaccine, I don't think better chilling would be effective, I believe that it could render the vaccine useless and then we would risk the outbreak of measles, that could cause many more deaths and damage.

between the justifications the U.S. has a decrease lack of existence cost is via vaccines. in truth, in case you seem the position countless the anti-vaccination nuts were effective you'll locate some diseases are coming back that were fairly a lot wiped out. there are childrens demise of the measles back in some aspects that had not considered deaths like that in a lengthy time period. The vaccinations are conserving the diseases at bay. Flu pictures also help to maintain the disease in examine. Flu is viral and is replacing for all time so there is not an entire vaccine which will continually end it. The flu evolves. even as we get a vaccine that halts one type, a sparkling type is already accessible infecting human beings.

Thimerisol is a commonly used preservative used a lots of things like contact lens solution. It hasn't been proven to be the cause of autism at this point. Vaccinations often cause fevers and it is possible that this may be the cause - or maybe the vaccine itself. I am in favor of research to identify the cause.

vaccines may prevent diseases for a little while, but they can certainly cause many more diseases.

without the preservative, the vaccine would not be able to protect the immune system very long.

the other issue regarding vaccines, is that it gives no time for a persons body to gear up for the fight against infection....it skips the first three crutial steps to warding off infection (if it occurs naturally your body can find a way to get it's defenses up)

There is NO LINK between thimerosal and autism. That has been debunked several times, but the internet rumor mill just keeps it going.
