For the record it is "bald" - bold is something totally different.

Some hair does naturally fall out. If it is excessive, talk to you parents or doctor. Something as simple as diet or stress can lead to more hair loss than usual.

Losing some hair is normal. As you produce new hair the old hair falls out....it is a constant cycle. If you have long hair you may also be seeing breakage...the longer your hair is....the more breakage you will typically have. It looks much worse than it really is. If you have noticed bald spots on your head...this is a condition known as allopecia. There are several different types of allopecia, and each of them have their own causes. Most of which are treatable (except for the kind caused by old age...definately not your problem). The causes od allopecia range from poor nutrition, to stress, even a type of ringworm on the head. If you do notice bald spots, see your doctor. They will be abe to diagnose the problem and give you the best means of treating it.

If your hair loss is only up to 10 strands per day, then that's normal. Anything beyond that is probably due to stress, or unhealthy scalp. If you want to have longer and thicker hair, here's what you gotta do:

1. Get a vitamin E capsule (most of them comes in gel capsule form that has a liquid inside. Any brand will do.)
2. Get a needle and pop the capsule.
3. Now get your shampoo bottle and put the liquid vitamin E inside the bottle.
4. Mix the bottle.
5. Use your shampoo.

You'll notice that your hair will grow faster compared before. Trust me, this works. :) I also do this myself. :)

If you have virgin coconut oil at home, you can use this as well. Put it on hair and leave it for at least 30 minutes (You can do this at least 3x a day). Then rinse it off using your shampoo. The VCO can act as your hair lengthener and as your conditioner. :) Goodluck! :) (Refer to my avatar to see how well VCO/Vitamin E works =P)

If there is any dramatic change in your diet you'r hair will fall out. If you are eating healthy, then do realize that we shead around 100 to 200 hairs a day.I would really worry if you do see a bald spot. Oh yeah and pregnant women shead alot of hair in the first trimester.

If there's excessive lost of hair, better go to a dermatologist to prevent it from getting worse. However, it is a natural process that few hair strands may fall out everyday, and if you feel that the fall out out may be due to hair breakage/weakness, better change your shampoo or conditioner. Also, have a balanced diet and relax. Good luck!
