it depends... since you didnt describe exactly what happens during the activity ... I can only try to give you a few options.

If the problem is early ejaculation ... first of all, don't beat yourself up over it. I understand some 70% of american men have this issue so when the numbers get that high, it's no longer a problem ... it's just an issue. The remedy is easy and, like everything, it takes dedicated time. First trick is simple enough ... masterbate prior to the act. It'll give sufficent active time before you can 'reload' ... and you'll see credible time differences. About an 30 minutes to an hour before.

Men (as we are) think the act is all in our genitels when actually it's in our minds really. So, naturally, when your about to get some and the woman your going to be with is REALLY hot ... or we haven't had any in a while ... of course we're going to blow a gasket early on. So, try concentrating on something else. Maybe something less comely (pun intended) ... cumming happens when we know it's really feeling good so we just say 'what the 'F' and let it go' ... the trick now is to stop thinking it's as good as it is and actually concentrate on other matters ... like a TV show or a project you have to work on. Then, when she's gotten off (and remember it's all about 'her' getting off) ... then put your head back in the game and blast off. She won't know the difference if you just remember it's all about her getting off first.

If the problem isn't about early ejaculation and it's just about being tired or exhausted after a few pumps ... it goes back to old school with this one:

Exercise! Eat well! Sleep Well!

When you exercise regularly, you'll feel good about yourself, you'll get that extra pump action and she'll feel the difference too. Eatting well is a no brainer because the action and the blasts are clearly longer and even repeat action. In fact, if she's into swallowing or anything like that, she'll even notice the taste is better. Just a side note.

Sleeping well is a no brainer too. Obviously you can't be in the game if your asleep at the wheel.

Sex is a sport that needs all your engines running: head AND head. If your good enough to get her into the sack ... you'll be even better taking her to levels higher by first taking care of yourself.

Peace and the next time you go at it, give her an extra pump for me.

Yep, I can relate to that problem. It lasted about 2 years I think. Everything goes along fine until suddenly it stops. In my case, I think age catches up with you and you can't just stay hard like when you were 20. Then I had several girl friends who weren't that sexy and didn't really engage in the activity. I tried Viagra and even had some failures with that.

Nowadays, I stay relaxed and don't try to do it more than once a day. My excitement is back and the pleasure is back also.

Good Luck

Try slowing it down. When you orgasm, you can feel it coming and coming until you reach a point of no return. You need to pause the action before you reach that point. Let the feeling subside, then start again. Once you master this technique, you can go on for as long as you like.

• Cock ring (Only use for 20 Min.)

• Oral before sex, let her finish you then you move onto her for a good 10-20 min then you'll be able to go again (assuming your of a young age/have a high sex drive.)

• Practise keegel exercises. (Search google/yahoo/whatever you use for information.)

You are too vague. Are you getting too fatigued? Are you losing your erection? Are you having a premature ejaculation? Each problem requires a different solution.
