To lose weight is always two issues:

Consume less calories, especially bad calories in the form of SUGAR.

Exercise more to increase your metabolism and your muscle percentage.

Do a combination of aerobic/cardio exercise, and some resistance training (weights, pushups, situps, you get the picture)

lol, Get some CrazyFrog music and do what it says "you got to move it, move it, move it"

You have to run or jog regularly, that works best. Trust me, I have had a spare tire around my stomach for a long time and tried alot of different exercises. Crunches didn't seem to do much for me but maybe I wasn't doing them right. Now I run at least 3 times a week and I have begun to see a drastic improvement over the last few months. Tonight I ran three miles non-stop. It was hard to build up the stamina to be able to run that far in one day. You just have to push yourself a little bit harder each day and you will begin to see that you can run or jog a little bit farther each time without stopping. At times you will feel nauseated from running to the point where you have to stop because you feel like you're gonna throw up if you go any farther. No pain no gain, but after a while your endurance will get stronger and you will overcome that. You will see results. My stomach has definitely gotten flatter than it was a few month ago. Also I learned an important fact. Your body doesn't start to burn fat until after the first 20 minutes of running. Tonight, I ran about 40 minutes non stop and I feel great! Remember to get a good pair of running shoes. Oh yes, diet change is also helpful. I gave up sodas completely and fast food a while ago. Good luck to you!

You can never spot train only your stomach, so try this for 1 month. Change you diet to straight veggies an lean meat or fish. No dairy at all, and stay away for sugar! Try also exercising in intervals, 10 mins at a moderate speed, 10 mins over set heart rate intensity, 10 mins at moderate. Do this for 30 mins. twice a day , 4 times a week. Don't forget to work your abs. I find the best way to work your abs is with a ball. Every other day for your abs, working your upper and lower stomach. You will see the difference.

Do period coaching with a more suitable emphasis on cardio....more effective operating or walking, as an example, and proceed to weight practice...attempt to do more effective of the cardio than the load coaching, and then once the fat receives off you, then bypass on to more effective weight coaching... supply it time, in some circumstances it ought to take months yet ultimately you'll see outcomes! :)

Around the waist area is the first place to see "extra" and the very last place for it to disappear! Exercise and reduce your carbohydrate intake!
