candykills,
"As a Christian, what is your opinion about the world in general?"
1) The sad but true notion that most are not going to be with God. Most will not be delivered, that's one.
2) That the things needing to happen for the End of Times to be recognized are happening. I think that the Earthquake causing that huge Tsunami was the setting of a clock. It was a sign that things were beginning to come to and end. Since then, the other side of the Indian Ocean, the East African Rift Valley started to expand. It went from 3 centimeters a year to 26 feet in 3 weeks. That rift goes through the Jordan River past the Mount of Olives. I think that all the events that are told in the Bible as far as End Times phrophecy have the stage set, and we are going to see more and more of that.
3) Islam is violent in those regions. And their outward hatred of Israel more prominent. They have gotten a bloody nose from the last encounter, and I haven't heard about any new rockets being fired in a while. But wait a little bit, Muslims in those areas are still frantic and crazy, I figure that they will start up again unless that man that the Bible talks about; the Anti-Christ comes into power. Eventually, he will make peace with Israel.
"What is your opinion about the people who are losing faith in God?"
I don't know of any personally. But I know that it's supposed to happen.
2 Thessalonians 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;
4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.
So until that great falling away occurs ( Which has been happening in the Liberal churches), we will just have to make sure that we are not one of them.
Keep your eyes on Christ.

Question 1} It's a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live here lol.
Question 2} Faith is not something you can lose. If they are "losing faith" they never had much to begin with, if any. Rather, I think people never really experienced God so their faith is built on emotion rather than the solid ground of having lived the Word.

The World is a beautiful place. But humanity steady falls for the lies of the Devil. Scripture says there will be a falling away first,
before Christ returns.
It's the typical, if there was a God, why does He let this go on. Why don't He fix things if He's so powerful, whine, whine, whine.
Scripture says to respect the customs of others, and to judge all things, so we can be judged by no MAN.
The Quran has the best explanation I've heard. If God did send
an angel to fix things. He would fix them RIGHT! And there
would be no respite. No more chances. And there would be a whole lot of sorry people in hell.
We should be glad God is patient, wanting all to be saved. And
that He has given us one more day, and another opportunity to get it right!

I think the world is in trouble, just look around, but it was predicted too, I think we're in the end times for sure, and we may see Armageddon.
Many people are turning away from the faith, they always have. Now because of all the things they go thru and see. This was also predicted. Thank the Lord He wins in the end! Thank the Lord I have a husband Pastor who still teaches the Word with clarity and stands firm in it. Yeah!

The world in general is heading to Armageddon.
The people are so filled with hate. they want to kill and fight and put down other religions. They are so bitter and mean.
They want to control others and force them to their way of thinking. They have all lost faith in God because the religious organizations are not teaching the bible.

The world in general is full of evil things- immoral sex, drugs, violence, lies, disease, terrorism... Basically, this is what the world offers. So generally, the world and its offerings are just evil. So why love the world when it hates you, when it brings your character down with its offerings?
The Bible states it many times, that whoever loves the world and its immoral ways, (more than God) will never know God and will be cast to Hell.

I think that the world is nuts! Satan isnt even hiding anymore he had exposed himself....and that is more apparent by watching tv alone. I think that as Christians although we are human we need to be better examples and stop using the name of Christ so loosely. We also need to get into agreements with the Lord so that we can live a testimony filled life.... and so that we can be proof to the world that he does exist... It all starts with us.

The world is going down hill, farther and farther away from truth. That is what Jesus predicted would happen, and the church is also getting farther and farther away from God, also predicted by Christ. Eventually Christ will return and judge the world and it will be destroyed. The real question is the one Jesus asked before He left. "When I return will I find faith on the earth?"

Tragic, but not unexpected.
As it is written:
"I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth? (Luke 18:8)
And
"Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;" (II Thessalonians 2:3)

Satan sure has a strong foothold in the world today. One of his biggest weapons is to convince people that he doesn't exist. After that he just has his way with them. Scripture tells us that he's out there to steal, kill and destroy. (John 10:10) Which is exactly what modern day society in general looks like. We, as a people, need to heed to God's call of salvation through Jesus Christ and allow Him to transform our lives.
