I'm looking for a really good creamy garlic butter sauce to serve with angel hair pasta and grilled chicken. Hope someone can help.
Any recipes would be appreciated. Thanks!!

5-1/3 cups (16 oz.) SKINNER Penne Rigate, uncooked
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons
all-purpose flour
3/4 cup ready-to-serve chicken or beef broth
3/4 cup milk or light cream
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
Salt and ground
black pepper to taste
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

FAST CREAMY PASTA SAUCE

4 T. butter
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. dried basil

In a small saucepan, melt butter in oil. Add garlic, cheese, and basil, stirring to blend over medium-low heat. Stir in cream.

Makes about 1 cup of sauce that can be tossed on your favorite pasta.

For a variation, try adding a can of chicken noodle soup along with your cooked pasta when sauce is done. Heat and serve.

If you have the time, roast your garlic 1st, then peel it and mince. in a 10" saute pan or medium wok, melt 1 stick of butter on medium heat. Add fresh or roasted garlic minced 1/4 cup. Once butter it completely melted, add 1 cup heavy cream or half and half. Do not let sauce come to a boil. slowly add 1/2 to 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese( you can also mix grated mozzarella cheese for a thicker sauce. Incorporate cheese by frequent stirring until fully melted. Reduce heat if needed to prevent boiling to avoid breaking sauce. fold in cooked pasta and plate it up. Top with a bit more parmesan and fresh ground pepper. Voila!

Garlic Butter Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions:

Melt butter, add garlic and set aside. Strain just before using. Brush on meat or fish before broiling or grilling.

Make a roux by using 2 T melted butter and slowly adding 2 T flour. Blend for 3-4 minutes over heat. Let cool. Saute 1 clove of chopped garlic in 1 T butter (do not allow to get brown) mixing constantly. Mix with roux. Add 1 cup of milk, 1/2 & 1/2 or cream to the roux slowly, stirring all the time over low heat. Continue cooking over med to low heat, stirring, until sauce begins to thicken to how you like it. Makes 1 cup. You can double or triple to make as much as you need.

Yield: 1 Cup

Ingredients
3 oz cream cheese, cubed
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup milk

Instructions
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened, reduce heat to low.

Stir cream cheese and milk into garlic mixture. Cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot. Stir in chives.
