Try eating 6 small meals a day. It's called "grazing" and trains your metabolism to work faster. Instead of 3 huge lumps you have 6 small fast burning meals.

hmmmm/... its good to eat small meals about 5 times a day, however, when you excersize, you will gain muscle and probably not lose weight... this happened to me and i started freaking out, but its perfectly normal. I think its muscle...

Always pay more attention to how you look and feel than to what the scale says. If your stomach is disappearing, you're doing well.

It all depends on how many calories you eat and how many you burn. If your 3 meals have too many calories you won't lose weight unless you exercise enough to burn the calories.

if you're exercising, it's highly possible that you still are losing (fat) weight but gaining (muscle) weight. keep doing what you're doing. your body fat percentage is probably going down. make sure that you even your exercise out throughout your body. (don't just concentrate on one area).

lack of portion control? not eating fewer calories? (that's the bottom line!) poor choices as to what you eat?
