Don't panic !!! I know after the BC you tend to freak out at just about everything. I have it too and do the same thing.
I did a lot of reading and research and from I understand, breast cancer can spread but the places are bones, liver further down brain and lungs.
If you can feel it, from logic, it can't be bone cancer.
So try and stay calm, wait for the doc or just go there and tell them he will see you. You have to be your own advocate.
Good luck with the appointment. If you have any question please contact me. Heads up and fight !!

I wish I had an answer for you that was calming. I hope that everything is fine. Take much care and know people in general feel for you. Also, call your doctor (if he isn't too busy buying his Porsche) and ask him what you can do. I think they also have hotlines. If you really have lots of fear (and you are one of the lucky ones who happens to have health insurance), go to the emergency room to at least get examined or to obtain some anti-anxiety medication. There is no need to wait the usual month for an appointment for something like this. All my luck and wishes to you. Take Care.

Call your surgeon and tell him you found a lump in your leg. He will want to check you for a blood clot.
