i had something that sounds similar. well, not HAD because i still HAVE IT sometimes. i was diagnosed with PCOS (poly cystic ovarian syndrome) which is just what it sounds lik.e. multiple cysts in ur ovaries. it causes many things. but abdominal pain, usually on one side or the other during a certain time of the month. may be constant or not. a yr ago, one of the cysts burst. i couldn't even walk upright or get into my chevy tahoe without crying since it's so high. i ended up in the ER b/c the pain was so bad, no matter if i sat still, tried to sleep or if i walked. u r usually diagnosed by some symptoms like this pain and also hormone imbalances, which causes a whole slew of other symotoms. i had a vaginal ultrasound after explaining these symtoms to the 5th doctor in 5 yrs (nobody could figure out the causeof the pain!) the ultrasound image said it all.....ovarian cysts. maybe u should have it checked out. could also be appendecitis (sp?) but i don't know what side that's supposed to be on, that was somethign they first considered with me...

this is the location of your appendix-i would have it checked out by a doctor within 24 hours, if it ruptures-you can have serious complications and it can be fatal in severe cases....

signs of a ruptured appendix that require an immediate trip to the emergency room are:

-abdominal pain so severe, it causes you to double over or fall to the floor
-severe nausea/vomiting

Get to the emergency room and have them take a look at you. Lower right side could be apendix. Don't mess around.
