i wish to cancel my subscription to yahoo personals dating. i am unable to insert a primary pix?

because im unable to upgrade a picture in the jpg mode. i am not getting any responses from anyone. until i can get a pix i will rejoin this dating program TED

contact customer service and they should be able to cancel your subscription.
