Its funny how you all say family is family? Shove it up your cocky butts beacuse you have no idea what we have went though. It's to the point where i actually do need her here. How about my brother getting a brain tumor? Then right after that my aunt screwed up and she was taken away from me. 2 times. now 7 hours away and I havent seen her in a year. so how bout you all shut the hell up the only thing that would help is if she was here. that is the clear and easy answer. and wait for God to help. so you're wrong Im right.

My cousin is also my best friend. A few years ago, her husband got an offer with his company to move across the country for better opportunities. I was so heart broken when she told me that they were going to move. The day that they actually drove the moving truck away was one of the worst days of my life. i felt so alone. I was not only losing my cousin, but the greatest friend that I have ever had. One day when I was in need of her and missing her, I sat down and wrote her a letter. (Handwritten- no email crap) The letter consisted of my thanks for being an amazing friend and lots of mooshy stuff to let her know that I truly love her. I was going to mail her the letter but I could not wait to tell her all of the stuff I was thinking- I picked up the phone and called her. I read her the letter over the phone. It moved both of us to tears and she said that I made her day. She told me how great it was to hear all of that stuff and how thoughtful I am. She couldn't stop thanking me!

So, my advice to you is, tell your cousin what she means to you and that you value her as more than just a cousin. Tell her what you feel and don't hold back because the nicest thing that you can do for a friend is let them know that they have a special place in your heart.

Call her or write her regularly telling her that you miss and love her, and that you'll visit sometime, and don't just say it, do it. Or, if you can't afford it, invite her to your place for a little while and catch up. Words can mean a lot, and so can actions.

well i suggest, if you have extra spending cash, buy her a plane ticket to where you are. let her crash at your place. five bucks says that she'll enjoy that. That way you can stay up all night hang out, reminisce of old times and the future to come. And there you both have a memory to cherish. She would love you for that. hope that helps you out.
