Make reservations, make all the plans and be dressed when he comes in. Tell him you are taking him out because he deserves a night out on the town. That way he will think it's all about him. But what ever you do don't nag him or wait on him to plan something. Men are bad at planning events!

It takes 2 to tango, and obviously both of you are the wrong dance partner for each other.
