I've been in this situation before where I like a teacher and I obsess over them. The teacher acted nonchalant about the whole thing when it happened last year but now I find myself liking another teacher who could be married with kids. He doesn't teach any of my classes and all the girls like him. Whenever a girl tries to flirt with him I become determined to pursue something with him but thank God I haven't. He looks at me everyday and I can't help but stare back. That doesn't prove he likes me so I do NOT want feelings for him. Please help!

The teacher is young, near 30. He's beautiful. Liking him makes me want to attend school. Going to a shrink won't help, my parents would want to know why I'd have to go.

Teachers are trained to deal with young women who develop crushes on them. First and foremost they do NOTHING to encourage the crush, nor should they ever put themselves in a situation where they are alone with the young woman.
The penalties for becoming involved with a student are severe legally and career wise for teachers,...they know this and respect it, as well as respecting their students. Most dedicated teachers view the relationship between teacher and student as almost sacred and have no interest in throwing away thier lives, years of school and training, thier wife and children for a trist with a teenager.
Sorry to sound cruel, but please don't believe for one minute that this man in any way is thinking of you the way you are thinking of him.

It is natural to feel a respect for a teacher....but you cannot take this more than just a school girl crush. Any more action on behalf of these feelings will get you in trouble. You do not need this drama. He does not need this drama as he will lose his job, lose his wife and kids and could be charged with a crime.
If you like him - spare him the problem and find someone your age.
