You need to give us a little more info for a specific recommendation. How tall are you? But, with that said....one quick way to drop four of five pounds is drink water. If you do not drink enough water, then you body retains what you do drink. It does this because it doesn't know when more is coming. If you begin drinking water, a lot of water, then your body will release it because it knows more is coming. You will literally loose five pounds in a week, if you are consistant. Good luck...

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Why do you want to appear thinner? Instead why don't you try building muscle and toning at the same time. Trust me, I would like to be in your shoes right about now. Please don't turn into Hollywood. It sounds like your at your ideal weight. Look at Nicole Richie, how thin she is. That's disgusting and no guy likes that.

oka.. well wat u wanna do is... drink atleast 2 litres of water a day.. try to not to drink juice or pop... dont eat chips or any other junk food.. dont just eat snack cus ur bored.. but if u r really hungry eat healthy thinks like celery(almost 0 calories)..GO for atleast 2 walks a day like 20 mins each atleats...try not to eat beef, eat chicken its healthier and less fating..yes thats about it... and u should drop a few pounds in a few weeks

i did this eat sandwiches on whole wheat bread with turkey lettuce tomatos pickles avacado spicey mustard and for dinner grilled chicken over green salad and only water and coffee or tea and cottage cheese with home grown cherry tomatos stuff like that the sandwiches are really balanced they really help

do the slow leg lifts and cut out sugar!! switch to SPLENDA
even for baking worked for me. i lost 23 lbs. since 6-1-06
