Why is bird poop white????? I know sometimes it's not, but when it is how come?

Because it is pigmented to reflect all light back off of it, and the combination of this reflected light is registered by the human eye as 'white.'
Or maybe because the bird only eats white things?
Or maybe because it just is?

Maybe it is white so you can see it better. It does sometimes contain some black in it.
