You can substitute honey for sugar in most recipes, but you also have to adjust the liquid volume as well. Being as honey is a liquid, if you substituted it one to one for sugar, your result would be not as sweet and more liquidy. So you should experiment with maybe a 1/4 more honey than sugar, then halve the liquid content.

Honey is a liquid while sugar is a dry, so the amounts in your recipe would have to be adjusted. Also wet and dry ingredients can't always be substituted for each other without diastrous results in the consistency of the batter or whatever.
You could try splenda or stevia. Both are very good sugar substitutes for cooking and baking.

I'm sure you can sub honey for sugar. But honey is sweeter than sugar, so you wouldn't want to use as much. I've never tried it myself, but if I were going to, I would use about half as much honey as sugar and see how it comes out. I'd try on a recipe that isn't for anything special first.
Oh, yes, honey is a wet ingredient, so I'd be careful with baking recipes (like cakes).

Not sure but honey is a wet ingredient and sugar is a dry ingredient so you might not be able to.
