No, you should not be making out. You are too young, in my opinion, since making out can often lead to more serious activities. Holding hands and kisses on the cheek, maybe a peck on the lips, should be enough for you. Wait a couple of years at least!

Are you a commodity? Something to be parlayed and used? Your virtue is priceless. Once you give it away no amount of cash can buy it back. Even if the moment he took it he became the biggest jerk in the history of the world. HE OWNS THAT PART OF YOU FOREVER. He has bragging rights to it the day he dies, and there will not be a damn thing you can do about it. Would you give him an expensive Cartier watch, a 60 in plasma screen TV, a Lamborghini just because he said he loves you and you should give it to him? those things you can take back or at least get paid for. So, if you would not give him that on GP, why give him something priceless that you alone own and can only give away once? And if you did, and he did not marry you. What priceless would you have to give to your future husband? The one who proved he loves you because he vowed to spend the rest of his life with you? An I.O.U.? Is he worth that much?

I don't think so. I have three children. I shudder at the thought of them "making out seriously" at the age of 12. You have so many years ahead of you, so many big decisions to make. Enjoy being a "kid" as long as you can. If you are seriously making out at this young age, I am afraid you will be doing more in the near future. I would hate for you to be a mom at the at of 15. You have plenty of time to do all of that grown up stuff when you are older. You are obviously not feeling right about it, or you wouldn't be asking us. Go with your instincts, they seem to be right on. Good luck...

People mature at different rates, so there's no definite age of when you're ready to do certain things. However, I have never known a 12-year-old who was ready.
Honestly, take your time. The reputation you get will follow you throughout high school. If guys think you're easy, they'll treat you like dirt.

Might want to know what you are getting yourself into.
Younger and younger teens have STD now a days.. Even kissing can give you herpies.. its a virus that never goes away.
Being so young, you might not yet understand the warning signs and get yourself in some trouble.
But definitely, you might want to save the sex part tell you are married.

Oh PLease? Seriously? 12 yrs old? Are "you" ready? Better question, is "he" ready? Best question, are you "both"
ready? Can I ask a "serious" question? What makes you "think" you're ready and want to do this? Seriously? Think about this!

No. You have the rest of your life to make out. Go play with your barbies and stay a kid for a couple more years.

If you have to ask, then you're not ready. Hold off for a year or two.
