Okay, if you have the html file, skip straight to the second part, if not, while viewing it, go to FILE-> Save Page As (Might have a slightly different name under Internet Explorer, I use firefox).
That will save the html to whereever you want, keeping formatting AND pictures (which it puts in a folder so you musnt delete the folder called the same name as the page if you're still using it).
NOW, open up word, go to open file, and select your html file.
Go to FILE-> Save As, and under where you type the name, to the left of cancel I believe, pull down the options of what to save it as and choose .doc
Thats all :)

Hi,
open the HTML document in a browser window, open up a new Word document in another window. Copy and paste from one to another.
You may need to do some reformatting, but it will work.
If you have the HTML file on your hard drive, just open it in word (file > open > file type: HTML) and open it that way.
The formatting should be a little bit better that way, but you still may need to work with it some to make it perfect.
Cheers!

Copy and paste the text, Use your right hand mouse key - that should work. It won't carry over active images though.
