i really like one of my friends... really! i think he likes my best friend... i got all paranoid and i think she likes him too... now since its summer i believe that when i get back to school he will like me again... im not sure we will be in any of the same classes but him and my bff might be..... should i just hope things will get better when school starts?

Here are the facts: Things like love just don't fall out of the sky. You control things like that. You can chose to just sit back and hope that maybe one day he'll notice you. Well guess what? You just might be sitting there until you're an old lady! So here's my advice, don't let things go on without you. Just because you MIGHT not have any classes doesn't mean that you won't see him at lunch, between classes, at football games, dances, or whatever. Plenty of chances for you to convince him that he's the guy for you.
About your best friend. To find out if she likes him, ASK!! Your her best friend you should be able to know these things just not "think" them. Find out. If she does, ask her if you two could each "fight" for him (not literally), to be fair. But I'm sorry to tell you that he is going to date whoever he pleases NO MATTER how much either of you beg and plead. SO... what you need to do is be his friend, a good friend. Be there for him, and occassionally flirt with him. If his response is positive continue if you wish. But it is negative, stop immediately!! I wouldn't risk things too much.
