Why is it that in this day and age, we’re still threatened by intelligent, powerful women? Do we still have to be fed gender equality sandwiches down our throats?

I'm not threatened by intelligent, powerful women. I AM one :)

As for gender equality sandwiches... any kinda sandwich the guy wants to make me while he pours me a glass of wine and does the dishes is just fine by me....

Men and women are different neurologically. We just need to all get that straight right now. Doesn't mean one is better, but it does mean we're different. My man has a great sense of direction. Mine sucks. I have incredible intuition. His sucks. I notice details. He's clueless. He... uh... he can open the pickle jar. I cannot. I can discuss research level genetics with a world-reknowned cytogeneticist. He can program the VCR and set up the DVR and all that.... uh... techno stuff.

Everyone has a place.

He knows his :)

I rule mine.

I think the question should be ''Love HIM or hate HIM'' it seems that there is a proverbial glass ceiling that is gender threatened.

I HATE HIM!

BUT WHY IS THAT WOMEN KEP THINKING THAT THEY ARE BEING ABUSED IN THIS ARENA? WOMEN HAVE MORE POWER AND OPPORTUNITY TODAY THAN EVER BEFORE! DON'T KEEP BEATING THE SAME OLD DOG HUNNY. JUST ENJOY WHAT WE HAVE.

Okay now, imagine someone reading your question without knowing what your thinking. Fairly meaningless isn't it?
