There's going to be an infinite number of ways to modify this, but here's a pretty good basic one to start with:
2 c. elbow macaroni (or whatever similar shape you prefer), prepared according to package instructions
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of milk
1 can of tuna, drained
1/2 c. of peas, cooked
1/2 c. of celery
1/2 c. diced onions
1/2 c. mushrooms
2 t. salt (some used to boil pasta)
1/2 c. crushed bread crumbs or potato chips

Sautee the celery, onions, and mushrooms until they're mostly done. Combine all the ingredients in a casserole dish, mixing thoroughly. Bake uncovered in 375* oven for approximately 30 minutes (or until heated through), topping with crumbs for last 15 minutes.

Again, this recipe can be varied to your preferences, adding and leaving out ingredients, spices, etc. or changing quantities and cooking times to make it thicker, thinner, chunkier, sparser, warmer, cooler, lighter, darker.

Elbow noodles cooked not crained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can milk
1 or 2 can tuns drained
monteray jack chesse about 1/2 cup
1/2 cup sour creanm
a little onion
when noodles are done put all the other stuff togather all . Put in a casserole dish and back 20 to 30 minutes till bubble. You can add crackers or potatoe chips to top if you want. you can add peas or mixed veggies to if you like.

This is my favorite cold one:

elbow noodles cooked not rinsed, your call on how much you want to make. Lets say a to serve 6, half a box of a small box
4 to 5 green onions, sliced thin
1 medium green pepper, diced fine
1 can of peas (a small can or however much you want)
1 can tuna in water, drained, use whatever sizr you want
3 carrots, diced fine
3 to 4 stalks celery diced small
mayo not miricle whip, as much as you need
3 hard boiled eggs diced
salt and pepper

Mix all and chill, you will be able to decide about mayo contents as you go, same with noodles

Well, if you want something easy and fast. Make a box of Mac and Cheese, mix as directed and then add a can of Cream of Mushroom Soup and a drained can of tuna, preferably Albacore. Yummy!!
