1,280. Yep, sorry had to actually check that. There's 128 fluid ounces in one gallon. The folks that are saying 16 are probably thinking of 16 ounces [solid] in a pound. The word ounce is used both as a measure of weight, and also as a measure of volume. Since you're comparing it to gallons, it's best to use volume.

128 liquid ounces in 1 gallon X 10 gallons = 1280 ounces in 10 gallons.
Ounces by weight in 10 gallons?
8.34lbs/gallon X 16 ounces in a lb = 133.4 ounces /gal
133.4 ounces/ gal X 10 gallons = 1334 ounces by weight in 10 gallons.

Here you go, to answer all your measurement questions.
8 fl. oz. = 1 cup
16 fl. oz. = 2 cups = 1 pint
32 fl. oz. = 4 cups = 2 pints = 1 quart
128 fl. oz. = 16 cups = 8 pints = 4 quarts = 1 gallon
so the answer to your question is 1280 fl. oz. =10 gallons.
(fl. oz. stands for fluid ounce)
