point being how can anyone post something like that and get away with it? Do we now live in a world where that is acceptable -- and whether or not 'he' gets off on it i dont care, just trying to get a point across to those who have any power when it comes to stuff like this if there is anyone

I dont know who he is but he sounds like just another idiot who somehow managed to learn how to work a pc, he'll get bored and go away soon enough, they all do.
The worst thing you can do is rise to the bait of these idiots, thats just what they want.

Any client (or 'patient') who works with a 'therapist' takes on their share of the responsibility for any outcomes.
Therapy in itself is a mutual shared learning experience, not a magic bullet of some kind.
How about a Therapist taking action against a Client ...for being 'Stupid,' for 'Not listening,' or 'Not using their brain'..?
In the newspapers (UK) some years ago there was the headline...
'If you want to save your marriage, Do Not got to Relate (formally the Marriage Guidance Council) as 75% (a figure from off of the top of my head) of clients go on to get divorced.'
WoW! Ok, Case Proven, Case Closed.
Shortly after there was a reply from a therapist who stated,
'It's not the role of Relate counsellors to 'SAVE MARRIAGES,' it is our role to help people to try and find ways to save their marriages, if they really want to ~ or to help them end them, as cleanly and as amicably as possible.'
Sorry, this is not accurately verbatim, there may be errors in my memory. But essentially, this is what things are about - about needing help to find ways to resolve problems that people find themselves in.
Anyway, asides from anything else, Sorry, but you supply no further details of what you claim as being something that is actionable.

i saw a couple of his questions and was disgusted.
it's the "meanderings of a sick mind"
if he is posting these questions for attention, then we should all ignore him
if he is posting rather than doing, we must be thankful for small mercies
but honestly, I think he's a sick attention seeker who needs to be blocked before some impressionable kid decides to try out some of his sick ideas.
