Cooked thin in salted water. Lots of butter added once on my plate.

I had Grits for lunch yesterday!
I cooked the grits (according to the package directions) and in another pan I fried (over easy) 2 eggs. I put the eggs onto the grits, added butter and mixed until combined.

Put cold water and a little salt in a pot, when water starts to boil, put grits in water , ( do not put many grits because they seem to make more by them self), stir grits a little, so they will not be lumpy, cook for about five minutes.

Instant with just butter and a little milk and sometimes cinnamon. Yum !
