I'm a college student, and I have the hardest time deciding what to eat. I have a full kitchen, but nothing to make.... Any easy suggestions!?

Sandwich. Pretty easy, stick anything you want between two pieces of bread. And lots of mayo. You can toast the bread if you want.

But then you'd get sick of that...

Make a salad. Throw rinsed lettuce in a bowl, then put chicken, peanuts or anything else you can think of.

Make some soup. Throw some chicken in a pot, with some water, salt and veggies.

I'm not a great cook, so none of these could work out.

Do you know how to make meatballs?

Ground beef
bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
onion finely chopped
1 egg
a bit of carnation evaporated milk
salt and pepper
onion powder

Mix together well, roll into balls put on a foil lined pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for about half an hour turning once. When they are cooked, mix a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of cream of mushroom soup and one can of water, heat stirring often and then add the meat balls to the soup, simmer.

While the meatballs are simmering, cook some broad noodles. When the noodles are done, drain, mix in some butter and poppy seed if desired. Place noodles on a platter and top with meat balls and sauce. Serve with some french cut green beans and a roll or with side salad. Easy, yummy and impressive.

You can cook chicken and pork chops the same way.

Hope you like.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMCcA

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

SALMON!! It is good for both lunch and dinner. No measuring easy to make and low risk of screwing anything up. You can lightly season with salt, pepper, lemon, anything really. Pick a couple of sides. One could be steamed asparagus. This is easy and you can find any recipe for salmon online in two seconds. Good luck :)

Invite a girl over to cook you something up! Seriously, ask around if anyone will give you cooking lessons. Or call Mom. I bet she'd be happy to hear from you!

If all else fails, Hawaiian toast is great - toast slices of white bread, preheat oven to 350 - put a slice of ham, slice of pineapple and a slice of american cheese on top of the toast, bake in oven for 5-10 minutes until cheese melted. Enjoy!!!

Dinty Moore beef stew or chicken and cumplins, canned soup, sandwiches, potato salad, macaroni salad etc... there is alot of easy to make stuff out there. My suggestion is to go to the supermarket and look around. That is what I did and while I never was a great cook in college, I managed.
