Go ahead and turn your oven back on and resume your cooking. Make sure that there is no pink in the skin and that the juices run clear when the skin is pierced....check you chicken another 20 minutes to determine if it is done.

Depends on how long the chicken was in the over. If it is not burnt, keep cooking until it is done.
