The guy whom I dated for a month dumped me, but after 3 months he called and left a message asking for forgiveness. I returned his call but I didnt say I miss him back when he said he miss me, but just went on telling him of what I did all these months. I gave the impression that I kind of moved on coz I dont want him to think that I miss him and is hurting badly (pride, I guess). He ended the call by asking me to call him some time, I said I will if I'm not that busy. I did call after 3 weeks to tell him that I have a new number but I never got a call from him since then. I was expecting that we'll pick uo where we left off. What was that all about?

Well i'm sure that I would of played hard to get too. It sounded like he dumped you for no reason and you were hurt by it. Then he just calls out of the blue? I would have to say that his other gf didn't work out and that is why he broke up with you and he called you to see if you were dating anyone. But you in return made him think that you haven't thought one moment about him since he has been gone (don't feel bad about he deserve it). i'm sure he has your number but just thinks you aren't interested. So after all these games you still want to "get back together" then give him a call and just ask him to go out for a drink with you or something you guys enjoyed doing.

If you were too proper and impersonal with him, he most definitely would get the feeling you were way over him and may have taken that to be a sign to move on. Perhaps he's talking to someone else now or maybe he's just not sure how do move further with you in his life.

You waited too long to call him him back. I think everything else you did was great. If you like to play the games. If you don't like to play the game thing you just should have told him what you wanted from him in the first phone call he made to you. either way I think you need to move on. it sounds like he has.

You wanted him to think you moved on so it worked ... He thinks you moved on so he is moving on.. Maybe you should have been honest with him in the first place he was honest with you .. Do you know how hard it is for a guy to tell you how he feels?
