I love to add a can of beer to my homemade chili, spagetti sauce & of course for any seafood going on the grill. You can even make beer battered fried green tomatos ( although they turn out better baked on a cookie sheet, so I still don't understand why they are "fried" ) Use your imagination - you'll surprise yourself!!

I always make beer brats on the grill, and we LOVE beer cheese spread. Of course there's the ever popular beer battered fish and shrimp ( with beer battered onion rings, of course)and kielbasa in beer with a horseradish mustard and saurkraut is to die for.
