If you figure on spending $3.25 per gallon, then you won't fall short and might have some money left over.
Figured out how many miles per gallon your vehicle gets on average, divide 2072 by that, and you will have approximately the number of gallons of gas you need, multiply that by $3.25 (most places you won't be paying that much), and you have a ball park figure to go on, that is prolly a bit on the high side, just for good measure.

Gas in CA is about $3.10 per gallon. . . .If you want to get a rough idea of how much it will cost you just figure out the number of miles in the trip, and how many miles you get per gallon in your car. There will be a lot of factors as well, obviously - how you drive, performance of your car, traffic, if you stop at all, speed, etc etc. . . . Best of luck.

That is going to be a tough one to guesstimate. You need to start by mapping your route and checking the average gas prices of the places that you are going to be going thru. make sure that you don't push the gas gage to far to the left you don't want to ever risk running out of gas. You should figure on getting gas when you still have a quarter of a tank left.
Good luck on your journey.
