I have had the same weight, no matter what, for like three years. I'm 5'1" and 115 lb. Lately it seems like I'm thinner, but I'm not sure. My clothes don't fit me anymore. I have to wear a belt almost all the time now, but I haven't been exercising or losing weight.

The only exercising I am doing outside my normal activity is crunches occasionally to help flatten my tummy--I haven't see that much progress, but I haven't been working that hard either, so that's fine.

I just can't figure out why I'd be thinner if I'm not doing anything much different and my weight's the same.

You aren't getting any taller? and you are how old? hmmm, seems like, to me, that the crunches are doing their job, and flattening that tummy, even if YOU don't see it.

You don't mention your age, but I'd figure you for a tweener. You will sometimes have a range of "normal weights".

As always, the best answer is to just go to the doctor. All kinds of things that are preventable and treatable might make you loose weight. For your height, you seem underweight and I think this kind of issue definately requires your family doc or any doctor.

If you;re just a smaller woman, petite, and you want to look a little bigger, I've heard that working with weights will add some inches.
Good luck and please just go to the dr. first.

I'm exactly the same. I have a high metabilism and i burn off food really quickly, even when I'm doing nothing. I never shift my weight.
It's a real pain isn't it. People always say they'd die to have a body like mine but i just wish i could put on weight.

Maybe your just toning up your body with all the crunches..'Try stopping them for a week of two and see what happens..
Do a food diary...

Good luck
