depends on the temperature..and if it has chlorine in the water and you don't wash it out as quick as possible then yes....and any hot products that style your hair will damamge it and hair spray, gel, and mouse drys your hair up.

wash your hair the put alittle gel in it and style it the way you want. then add alitltle hair spray and your done!!
