That depends on what you like. NYC has great shopping, but a little expensive for a 13 year old. Tourist attractions are good options, but are also some what boring. Or, Maybe you are interested in the Arts
which there are a great number of museums.

I used to spend summer vacations with my grandparents in NYC every summer when I was 13 and under. They would take me to shows, go on the Circle Line around Manhattan, The Statute of Liberty, The Empire State Buliding, Madison Suare Garden, Rockafellar Center , (in the winter they have ice skating), Museums, Times Square, a Yankee's or Mets game and Macy's for shopping down town. We even went to the World Trade Center a couple of times. I think every American should visit ground zero at least once in their life. (assuming your American). When I was thirteen we moved to Cleveland so it was harder to get to New York to be with them. My grandmother died when I was 14 years old, my grandpa when I was 19. All these places I mentioned are very special to me and I will always remember them Maybe it is because of who I was with.....?

See a broadway show, go down to Time Square, see NBC Studios, the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty. Depending how much time you will be there, she will not have a boring day. There's always something to do and somewhere to go in New York City.

there's no set age for wearing makeup, as long as you recognize the thank you to apply it. while you're mature sufficient to be functional and recognize how plenty and what style of makeup is appropriate to your age, then you definately might desire to be nice. as an occasion, a youthful woman of 13 can look super with a splash lip gloss, yet she might look dreadful if she confirmed up at college wearing eye shadow and mascara. it is going to easily be flattering even if if it truly is age suitable, and you positioned on the splendid look for the splendid place.
