Finely chop one small onion, mince 2 - 3 cloves garlic & combine in a large ziplock bag w/chicken. Pour in just enough Italian dressing to cover & let sit in fridge for at least 1 hour. You can grill this, bake this or even throw in a wok & it comes out moist & juicy.....Serve with your favorite sides & homemade garlic bread......

mrs. dash ten minute marinades are really good! but if you leave them on much longer than ten minutes before cooking the chicken, the flavor can be a bit overwhelming. let the chicken cook on the grill, just dab a little sauce on the chicken with a brush or spoon, and let it sit for a little bit, and then flip it, and once that side is dry, you do the same thing

Cook you chicken first with just dry seasonings. Don't put on any sauces until it is near done. The sugars in the sauces will burn.
I like to marinate in citrus juices (squeezed from Oranges or Lemons) overnight and then salt and pepper on the grill. Simple yet yummy.

This is a family favorite. I like to make it the day before. But don't put it on the chicken until about 2 to 3 hours before cooking. You can brush on the left over to keep it moist.
Lemon juice, mint, basil, (fresh is best) salt & pepper.

I've marinated the chicken in Italian dressing, I've always baked it before cause my grill died a while back, but it might work. They also have these marinades that look really good at the store, but again I don't have a grill...

You can try Rasberry Vinegrette in a zip lock bag, put some brown sugar, pepper, italian seasoning, and a bit of salt.
