Anyone know any free good anti-spyware programs? My computer has been running super slow lately, and when I scan it for viruses, nothing comes up... I can't use microsoft anti-spyware because I don't have windows service pack 2, so it won't let me install that. Thanks.

SpyBot is a good (free) program that can be downloaded here:

Also, the Norton AntiVirus program is very good. However, it does cost money to be downloaded (the basic download is somewhere around $40). The benefits of this is that it can fix some problems that SpyBot finds but cannot fix.

You should have an anti-spyware solution on your computer. I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs.
This double whammy will help keep you safe and running faster
