Ok well I was at camp last week and this guy found out that i couldn't run becuase i have problems with my knees and he decided that it would be fun to tickle me since i couldnt run away. of course, im very ticklish and he soon figured that out so i was laughing like crazy. i didnt mind that he did it but im just wondering y they always tickle girls. some of the other guys would like tickle my sides quickly if i was sitting down or something and they liked the reaction. anyone know y?

I agree that it is a way of flirting for some guys and girls. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
For some people, it is a sign of power - especially if they are stronger than the ticklish girl so that they can tickle as they like. This is fine as long as it is consensual with the girl. Too many times it turns into non-consensual tickling or it is non-consensual from the beginning and that is not ok. Any time a person tickles somebody else against their will it is a sign of blatant disrespect. They are basically saying "I am going to tickle you so I can get pleasure from it and I do not care how much you hate it or how much you want me to stop - I just don't care." That might not be what they are thinking but that is the message that comes across.
I am a very ticklish tickler in San Diego and I love to engage in long, playful tickling encounters with ticklish ladies. I have built-in rules for these encounters.
1) The tickler must always respect the limits, feelings and desires of the ticklee.
2) Stop means Stop (unless other safe words are in place). If the ticklee has had enough and wants the tickling to stop - the tickling must stop.
3) The tickler must always strive to keep the tickling fun for both people - not just himself or herself.
4) There is to be no non-consensual tickling or deep, painful tickling unless that is truly the desire of the ticklee.
I have never had a bad tickling encounter with those rules in place and every lady I have shared these encounters with me have loved them - and I got to hear the sweat intoxicating sound of a woman laughing.

yes. i have almost the same problem or w/e...except i can run, and it's mostly just hugs[yes...i don't like hugs...lol]but they're probably just flirting with you...most of the guys, the other guys are probably just teasing you because...they are guys..
