Since your question was what would I do if I saw a neighbor guy naked my answer is that I would not do what your neighbor is doing. I would not get flirty and come on to you. If we were good friends I would tease you and ask how much you were willing to pay for the video I shot.(whether it existed or not) Maybe threaten to show it the next time the girls in the neighborhood got together.....fun stuff like that.

Why do you have to do anything? If she chose to sunbathe nude, HELLO - someone is going to see you. Would you have cared if she would have been wearing a bathing suit?

If your wife has no privacy, she should not sunbathe in the nude. You will just have to admit--she does it for the thrill. Blame her, not him.
