Why is it a women will remember things like birthday,anniversary and men doesn't remember these things.

Because men remember things that are important like
"When is the game on TV?"
"What is your favorite beer"
"When is the last time we had sex?"
You women remember the meaningless crap to hold it over our heads. But it does give you something to do - even if it's worthless.

Different priortites I guess. Women put more stock in those kind of things.
Men are more likely to know who won the world series or the Super bowl, in what ever year you mention.
The other dates, they might write down, but very rarely commit them to memory. It's a guy thing, and just the way we are.
So don't be subtle, when a date is approaching, remind him of it, he'll appreciate it.
Don't wait until the day arrives, and then get all bent out of shape, because he forgot.
If needbe, remind him often, before the event, then he won't have any excuse to forget it. Don't nag however, just a gentle reminder will do.

Most men don't care on things like that. A woman easily remembers things like that.

As a man, I do remember those particular dates. Well for most of the year, then about 2-3 weeks before hand they jump out o fmy head. Thats why cellphones with planners and alarms are fantastic.

Says who? I forget my anniversary all of the time! It's not a big deal. It's what you make it. I can have an anniversary, birthday or any "special" holiday any day I want it! It's called....FREEDOM! Loveyahoney!

Hi, Mens brains are different (that's good & bad) If he's the sensitive type he'll remember but most won't ...so remind him a couple of days ahead when something is coming up if you want to get something. Don't be too hard on them "it's their nature" bye bye...

Men and women work on different wave lengths they don't remember because it doesn't interest them. They can tell you the football stats from 1962 and can't remember their wives birthday. Yes it sucks but you get pissed and move on.

Actually, my husband does remember these things, and I don't.
I don't think it's a gender related quality...though most of the time it seems like girls do, guys don't.
I think it is actually just an attention span thing, or memory. My bank is always too full. So I forget lots of things. ;) his is always empty, so he can remember. LOL Sorry honey!

We remember things that are important to us. If a man can't remember your anniversary, or your B-day... He's probably not that in to you. Sorry......

you know why? we, as men, live our life without worries, but women care about every single detail. we as men, never try to be perfect,but women want everything in detail 100 % good.That is the difference to be a man.women are so beautiful,I respect them all my life,but sorry,that men nature is. What we can do about it,nothing more, that get help from you,women.You are absolutely right.Good and important question.
