INsects are temendously beneficial to the economy in a number of ways. Bees are commercially very important, not only as a source of honey and other bee products but also as pollinators of crops. On a less positive note, people spend a lot of money to eradicate or control them, and that's helpful to the economy.

They provide food. They protect our Homes(ie Guard Dog), They herd our Cattle (Sheep Dog), They Find Bombs and Ilegal drugs and help track down criminals(Police Dogs), They provide wool to keep us warm(Sheep), They provide expensive fur coats that cost alot of money, Whale Blubber used to be as oil for Lamps, Without Fish and crustaceans Seafood chains and Sushi restaurants would be out of Business, Horses and Muels and oxen are still used in many countries to Plow crops and as a means of transportation.

Insects and rodents provide work and income for exterminators and exterminating products. An enormous amount of jobs and income are generated rebuilding and replacing what they destroy. There's an economic cycle of insects and rodents destroying, humans rebuilding.

Chickens,cows,fishes,sea creatures etc. provides us food.And some industries use them for jackets,coats.Their leather for shoes,wallets and other fashion accessories.
