look there are screw covers on top of the tail light Assembly's remove the covers and screws and pull rearward The assembly other than the screws is held on with two pawn shaped pins that snap into the taillight housing. A pull toward the rear on the entire assembly should pop! and the bulb holders just turn into the socket on the lens. Also note the brake light bulb is an ABS code item if the bulb is not correct you will get ABS, SLIP, VSC, light

I would just sell the car and get another one with new turn signal bulbs? Its your choice

in the trunk there should be a flap covering the taillights, take it off and change the bulbs. and for the front, the bulbs twist and pull out
