okay i went to driving skool and finished my 30 hr of class and i am almost finish my 6 hour behind the wheel.but i am done 4 hrs, then he say i hsve to drive 40 hs by myself with some one then come bak and get your 2 hours and ur certificate

No, you cannot rent a car. You have to be licensed, old enough (most rental car companies require an age in the 20's, usually 25), and I don't believe you will be permitted as a second driver either.

Too bad you didn't learn how to spell in school.
You can NOT rent a car with a permit, you must have a valid drivers license and a major credit card.

That's true, and no you cannot rent a car with just a permit, generally there is an age requirement that you would not meet if all you have right now is a learner's permit.

no you can not. Not by Ur self u need somebody who has a licenses to rent it for you. They can put u as the second driver and you can drive it like that.

no, u have to be 18 for most cars, but for some lux cars you have to be 25.
