You should check out reading material but here are some very short answers to big questions:

God: the hebrew letters spelling his name are 'yod' 'hey' 'vav' 'hey' (there are disputes on its proper pronouncation) but Jews believe his name should not be spoken and so they often say 'Hashem' instead which simply means "the name" in Hebrew.

Prophets: there are many- all of which are in the old testament. One of the most important one's is Moses (who was more than a prophet). But they are numerous (Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Nehemia, Samuel, Joshua, Isaiah, etc...)

God's messenger: Orthodox Jews believe that a messiah is still to come. See more information on this.

Chosen people: Jews or the ancient Hebrews or Israelites are the chosen people because God gave the Torah (the old testament) to them on Mt. Sinai through Moses and they collectively agreed and are thus obligated to keep those laws. This was based on a promise given to Abraham because he was God fearing and this promise was passed down from Abraham to Issac to Jacob (whose name was changed to Israel) who Moses and the children of Israel are the decendents of. God chose the children of Israel to be the bearers of his law and this was supposed to be seen as an example to other nations although other nations are not under its full obligations.

G-d has many names, most notably YKVK. There were many prophets, Moses the chief one, and none since the beginning of the Second Temple. Eventually, the Messiah will come, and prophesy will start again. G-d chose us.
