this guy keeps following me everywhere its gets really annoying he keeps saying he loves me and wants to make out wit need a lot of help i dont like him how do i get him to go away please help????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many states have stalker laws. Let him know that you are going to call the police if he bothers you even one more time. And if he does, CALL THEM.
If your state does not have laws to protect you from creep-a-zoids the get a free consultation with a lawyer and find out what civil approach you might take. Maybe you can sue the punk.

If you are still living at home have your parents deal with this guys parents. What he is doing is called stalking it is illegal.
IF you are on your own file a stalking order against him. NOT a restraining order. Restraining orders are for domestic violence issues (which means you have to be related to or in a intimate relationship with the guy).

Look if ur serious then ya need to call the police.. i had a stalker .. 2 years he stalked me told me he loved me ...i didnt even know the guy .. he ended up braking in to my house steeling my underware..then he stolled my car.. then he told me i was his and if i didnt love him back he would kill me ... CALL THE POLICE!!! i had to move 2000 miles to get away from him so please call the cops tell your parents.. tell your friends .. tell anyone that will listen

This sounds like you have a stalker on your hands. Just blow him off and tell him if he keeps bothering you that you are going to press charges on him for harassment and if he doesnt go away then go for it and do press charges. Trust me this always works...

Tell a counselor at school, tell your parents (maybe they can talk to his parents)
Document everything he says and does and when he does it, so you can give it to the police if his behavior escalates. This is called stalking and it is illegal.
