I spend quite a bit of time in prayer throughout the day and talking with God. All action can be made into a prayer and offering to God if you make every action filled with love and sacred intention.

Yes I have BUT not as much as I should be.
I am going through a really rough spot in my life and I know that I need to lean on God more then ever. I feel as though the enemy is getting to me and I am fighting to hard to not let that happen.

No, because it's a waste of time whether you're a Christian or an atheist. If you believe in deities, they know more than you what is best, so they've made up their minds about something before you pray. If you're an atheist, there is no deity to hear your prayer.

Yes..whenever I pause in a day..i say a little a prayer.It does not have to be long.Sometimes all we need is..."Lord help me"..or "thank you Lord". Sing songs of praise. I start my day saying.."Good morning Lord..Be my guide". It is a matter of letting God to lead you everyday. BUT sometimes due to the work this world offers..I feel guilty that i sometimes missed the chance of talking to Him. Hope this helps. God bless!
