YES! This is why Americans are catching hell finding work. They shouldn't even get 3 strikes! The 1st time they do it, the employer should be penalized and written up in the newspaper and written on the internet where everyone can read about it. This would keep other employers from making the same dumb mistake!

Yes, it is time to make the hiring of illegals a felony. Why, because they don't know the language, they don't know the laws of this country, and they don't know how to use manners, respect other peoples property, and don't know the rules of a workplace. We know why they get hired, so why don't we go after the employers? The Bush Administration has allowed this to happen, and now it is out of control. It is time that illegals get what they deserve, and it is not a job!

Maybe not quite yet, but at the present it should be made a damned serious misdemeanor: large fine, community service, and short jail term.
