Hi Jimmy... you have to find this info located within your Bylaws and covenant, declarations (called CCRs) to learn what is allowed. This booklet is given at the closing of the sale of the condo to the buyer. If you cannot locate your Bylaws/CCRs then you could contact your condo management or the association board of directors to learn what is allowed. The association may follow the implied rules of the city ordinance of where you live. Some cities only allow 3 animals per home depending on the square footage maybe less then.

Cats are more acceptable than dogs to a landlord. They are cleaner . Ask the association or some of your neighbors.
