Maybe you should read the book before you criticize it. I don't think books like this are a dime a dozen.

Rance D: Huh? It wasn't at all leading. Over and over again he emphasized that someone else might go about the calculatiuons with different assumptions.

oxyman42 Re-Loaded: So you only read books based on on the assumption they are perfectly balanced? Weird.

dont waste your time, athiests are ignorant and they wouldnt believe God exists if he came down and had lunch with them, let them worry about their eternal damnation.

I think the phrase "Proves the Ultimate Truth" seems to suggest that it is not the most balanced of works. This is not the kind of language a balanced person would use. When did you here a Geographer say about a map this is truth? or a mechanic say about his Haynes Manuel this is truth?

Over the years, things happen over and over. Such books are not new to the world, only to you.
So, you get this wonderful book which seems to introduce such a clever new way of looking at things, and you are all excited, and assume if we really took the time to read it we would be all changed. Right?
Yawn, ennui.
Speaking of Mark Twain/Samuel Clemens, if you want some fun, read his LETTERS FROM EARTH AND OTHER STORIES. Funny whatever you may think if his theology or lack thereof.

Hardly a "true" proof for the existence of God. A few good ideas but the analysis was very prejudiced & leading.

Anything that says "That Proves the Ultimate Truth" right in the title is bound to be crap. Do I really need to go into the why of it?

"Proofs" like that are a dime a dozen. As Mark Twain said, there are lies, damn lies, and statistics.
That books does a lot of handwaving but doesn't really prove anything. You can't set probabilities to things without considering other factors that can affect those probabilities. Well, you can, but those probabilities are meaningless.

Funny that if he has proof of god, that he's not submitted it to a peer-reviewed scientific journal.
/sarcasm off.
