Well... Christianity still is what it has always been... following Christ. However, not a lot of people who claim to be Christians follow Christ. There are some and I would think He would be pleased but not at those who claim they follow Him and do not.

Its kinda a broad question. In the case of the 7 letters to the churches 6 of 7 had some critisism form Jesus and all had some praise as well
In the history of the church in the 15th century it was a crime to translate the Bible showing how far religious leadership can stray given human nature
but
Jesus is the redeemer and be will build His church through the ages

He would be okay with those who actually practiced what He taught in His word. I'm not talking about the christian music or literature that is out there because sometimes you have to change with the times to draw people to Christ, the Word is constant through time forever. But I think Jesus would probably be dissapointed with the false prophets. I know I would be.

There are a few answers here that are very erroneous. For one "Jesus" is not dead he is alive. Saying he is dead does not make it so. You can pretend that he is dead but someday your knee shall bow and your tongue will confess that "Jesus Christ is Lord".
Having said that, my answer to your question is probably the same that someone else has already mention. It is the condition of the individual heart that Jesus mostly cares about. We are going to stand in front of him one by one not as a Christian bunch.

As long as they are in a relationship with Christ. Yes! He will set everything straight. The Jesus I serve is a God of infinite mercy. But, I do agree that as Christians, we worry to much about tradition or religion and not the relationship with Christ. Lot less religion and a lot more Jesus!!!

No. He'd be disappointed. Very few Christians actually follow the teachings of Jesus. For example, Jesus taught to turn the other check and to love thy neighbor yet how many Christians support capital punishment and abortion rights? Jesus taught that we should forego worldly possessions and seek the kingdom of God yet how many are willing to part with their wealth?

coreyusaf,
I think that the first part of Reavelation is a good example to focus on to answer your question. There are some that He has "somewhat" against. Some have members He does not approve of, and few have things going pretty good.

It is neither hot nor cold..."therefore I will spue you ought of my mouth". - Jesus
Jesus said, "I wish you were either hot or cold"
Today's Church is mostly weak and lukewarm....It needs to get some backbone and call sin ,,. sin...and tell the wimpy complainers to go to hell....either you stand for Jesus or fall for anything.
So there will be great persecution in order to purify and strengthen the Church before Christ returns. At which time Christ will slay His enemies before us.
