God loves everyone the same. We are all his children that he created. How could he love one more than the other. Could you love your blue eyed child more than your brown eyed child just because you like blue eyes better? There has always been awful things going on in the world. Bad things happen to Caucasians too. Think about the Holocaust. Also, I live 20 minutes from New Orleans, and honestly -just as many white people lost everything but the media doesn't reflect that. If you watch CNN for a while you would think that the light shines brightest on the fair skinned but realistically its just not true.
Thanks for an interesting and educated question.

I can't believe my eyes! Now the religious are finding ways to make "god" racist! I don't know whether to laugh or cry at this ridiculous question. How about you get an education and a big dose of compassion instead of wasting your time and ours here on YA.
Thanx for putting more poison in the world. Oh I have to go and release my anger now.

more caucasians died of cancer in the US between 2000 and 2003 than any other race except blacks, if God favored caucasians a disease that is so difficult to cure such as cancer would not affect them as much. God favors all races equally, it is man whom creates situations by which more people die than should.

No, in fact if you want to look at it that way, we caucasians may be being tested more than our darker brothers and sisters. We caucasians, generally, are wealthier, better educated and live a higher standard of living. But we are not following God's commandments to comfort the meek and helpless. We might be setting ourselves up for a horrible judgement.

Actually if you read the Bible you will find that the Isreal nation "jewish people" are Gods chosen people, he watches everything we do as human in regards to them, if we bless them he blesses us, if we curse them he curses us......I believe he uses them as a testing tool and evaluates humans' loyalty to him thru them and how we react to them........Just because a certain race or color has natural disasters and wars does not mean he favors the "so called safe" people. Life happens,......we have free will,.....in the end will be the judgement of all. It is not a color thing,.....911 was not a color thing, the england terorrist bombing were not a color thing, there are many other examples,....I believe that we as americans are so far in the neutral zone for now,.....but it might be because one of our creeds is "in God we trust" and because of our "allegiance to the flag, one nation under God" if these slogans are removed then we quite might possibly have more drama to deal with,......he is a jealous God .....not to be ingnored

I think a lot of problems are brought on by ourselves, and I don't think I'd call god a racist.
Let's not keep our memory so short, what color of people do you suppose were decimated by the potato famine, or the Black Death that ravaged Europe?
I think disasters are just random chance, and very unlucky circumstance.

god favors no one. did you ever stop to think that the people you mention are mostly poor. therefore their homes are not build to withstand these natural disasters. as for the Katrina disaster, those people were idiots. they knew a hurricane was coming, they should have got their ***'s out of the hurricane path. i know they said most of them didn't own cars, but that's no excuse. everyone knows at least 50 people who does own one.

God doesn't favor anyone or any race. He is God who made us all. We are all equal in His eyes.
However, I understand why you would be feeling this way from what you wrote. I don't know, but I do know that God is not like humans to wipe out because of hatred or favoritism.

that's a sad thing to ask. God would never favor one skin color over the other. that's like asking a mother to choose which of her children she loves more. God loves us all. if you have questions there's a book that has all the answers called the Bible.

Most of the thinsg you mentioned happened because of extreme weather conditions. That being on of the reasons that they have dark skin anyway and because of the position of the tectonic plates. Why does no one ever mention the asian earthquakes anyway? That killed loads of people and not many people sent aid so that was alsost as bad as the tsunami.
