im american but have been living in romania for two yrs, and i want to convert, but when i get back home, there are only two orthodox churches around my area, why isnt there that many orthodoxy people or churches?

because the states is a protestant country, formed and founded by protestants escaping western europe.

There may not be many where you looked. Which Orthodox sect are you looking for? Russian. Greek. Find out who is the bishop in your area and contact his office. He can tell you where are all of the churches in his See.

Find a place with a lot of Russian or a lot of Greek immigrants and you will find Orthodox churches.
